See what's new and what has changed in FBuddy CRM

- Added "Post Actions" permission:
  - Agencies can now choose who may create, edit, pin, organize, or delete Fansly posts
- Fansly permission changes:
  - Only the agency owner can change the "Protected Fansly Actions" permission
  - When a Fansly page or action is blocked, CRM should do a better job of telling you which permission is missing
- Creator connection changes:
  - CRM now clearly shows when a creator needs attention or must be reconnected instead of trying to open a page that cannot work
  - Owners and admins can go straight to "Creator settings" to fix the connection, while other team members are told who to ask for help
  - Disconnected creators are easier to spot, and CRM no longer asks about desktop notifications until their connection is fixed
- "Message Log" changes:
  - When "Store message content" is off, CRM now clearly says "Message text wasn't saved" instead of leaving an unclear empty space
  - People with access can use "Open CRM Settings" to check the message storage setting
- Fansly badge changes:
  - The blue "Fansly Recent Spender" border is easier to spot while the fan's spending tier color still stays visible
- Fansly tab changes:
  - Creator pages now stay where you left them when you switch to another CRM tab, so they should reload less often
- "Message Translation" changes:
  - "Auto translate visible messages" should feel smoother in long conversations
- CRM now shows the installed FBuddy CRM version at the top of its menus, so it is easier to check which version you have
- Security and stability improvements across CRM

- Added "Employee Report":
  - Added "Employee Report" for agencies, so you can see how each team member is doing in one simple place
  - You can pick a date range, filter employees, and compare numbers like "Total sales", "Direct messages sent", "Fans chatted", "Clocked hours", and "Sales per hour"
  - This helps owners and admins spot who is chatting, who is selling, and where extra help may be needed
- Added "Message Log":
  - Added "Message Log" so you can review messages sent through CRM and see which ones helped create sales
  - This is disabled by default, you can enable it in the "Message logging" settings
  - You can filter by employee, creator, conversation, message type, sale status, and date
  - Opening a message shows more details, including PPV offers, purchases, tips, unlocks, and quick links back to Fansly
- Added "Message logging" settings:
  - Added "Store message content", so agencies can choose whether CRM saves readable message text for the "Message Log"
  - If message text storage is off, CRM can still keep safer tracking data without storing the full message text
- Fansly message changes:
  - CRM can now show a small "Sent by ..." label on sent Fansly messages when it knows which team member sent them
  - "Mass Direct Messages" are now included in reporting, so sent messages and linked sales can count toward "Message Log" and "Employee Report"
  - Added "Delete Messages" and "Send GIFs" permissions, so owners can decide who may unsend Fansly messages or use Fansly GIFs
- "Invitations" changes:
  - After inviting a team member, CRM now shows an invite link you can copy
  - Pending invitations now have "Copy invite link", so you can help someone join without sending a new email
- "Updates" changes:
  - CRM now checks for app updates sooner and more often
  - Update status should be easier to understand, including when an update check fails
- Fansly page changes:
  - CRM should do less hidden work while Fansly tabs are open for a long time
- Security and stability improvements across CRM

- Added "Mass Direct Messages":
  - Added "Mass Direct Messages" for creators, so you can send one direct message to many fans from CRM
  - You can write a message, use "Text Templates", add media, and choose who should receive it
  - You can pick the audience with simple choices like "Include Subscribers", "Include Followers", "Included lists", "Excluded lists", and "Excluded users"
  - The "History" view lets you see what happened, pause, resume, cancel, copy an old mass direct message, check failed recipients, delete sent messages, and clear old history
- Fansly badge changes:
  - "Top Supporter", "Tier", and "Spending Overview" badges now show in more Fansly list pages
  - Badges should attach to the right fan more reliably when Fansly is still loading the list
- "Image Editor" changes:
  - Fansly media previews should load more reliably when editing images from protected Fansly media links
- Fansly message tools changes:
  - The emoji picker button now sits at the left of "Frequently used emojis", so it is easier to find
- Fansly page performance changes:
  - CRM now pauses some hidden Fansly page work when a tab is not active, so long sessions should feel lighter
  - CRM should waste less memory when loading fan and community info during long sessions

- Added "Protected Fansly Actions":
  - Extra-sensitive Fansly actions now need the "Protected Fansly Actions" permission
  - This helps keep login details, account security, payment methods, payouts, and identity checks away from people who should not touch them
- Fansly page permission changes:
  - Opening Fansly links inside CRM should now take you to the right allowed page more often
  - If someone does not have access to a Fansly area, CRM should guide them back to a page they can use instead of leaving them stuck
- Fansly badge changes:
  - "Top Supporter", "Tier", and "Spending Overview" badges should load more reliably
  - If one badge has trouble loading, the other badges should still show when CRM has the data
  - CRM no longer shows fan spending badges on the creator's own profile
- "Unanswered Messages" and "Top Spenders" changes:
  - Online and last-seen indicators should show correctly again when CRM has that info
- Fansly page zoom changes:
  - Zooming Fansly pages with Ctrl or Command and the mouse wheel should feel smoother
  - Normal scrolling should be less likely to accidentally zoom the page
- Fansly upload permission changes:
  - "Upload new" checks should be clearer, so media upload buttons are less likely to be treated as the wrong action
- Added "Creator setup required":
  - CRM now tells you when a linked creator still needs the Fansly setup finished
  - After setup is done, you can click "Reload" and continue instead of wondering why Fansly is stuck

- Added "Online Users", "Unanswered Messages", and "Top Spenders" features:
  - Added "Online Users", "Unanswered Messages", and "Top Spenders" at the top of Fansly, so you can quickly find who needs attention
  - You can search these lists, sort them, and click a fan to open their messages
  - Added "Mark as read" for "Unanswered Messages", so you can clear a fan from the list after you handled them
- Fansly creator setup changes:
  - Added "Fansly direct login" to make connecting a creator account easier when CRM needs a fresh Fansly session
- Fansly badge changes:
  - "Top Supporter" and "Tier" badges now show in more places, including profiles, follower lists, messages, and livestream chats
  - Important fans should be easier to spot before you reply, open a profile, or check a livestream
- Fansly tab changes:
  - You can right-click a creator and choose "Open in new tab"
  - You can right-click a tab and choose "Duplicate tab" or "Close tab"
  - The reload button now changes to "Stop loading" while a Fansly page is still loading
  - Links that want a new window should now open as CRM tabs instead of feeling lost
- Notification changes:
  - Fansly notification counts should be more accurate, and promotion alerts are no longer included by default
- Stability improvements across CRM

- Added "Desktop notifications":
  - CRM can now show desktop alerts for important Fansly activity
  - You can choose which alert types you want in "Desktop notifications"
  - Clicking an alert brings you back to CRM, so it is easier to answer faster
- "Creators" sidebar changes:
  - You can right-click a creator and use "Pin to top" or "Unpin"
  - You can drag creators into the order you want
  - "Home" now follows the same creator order, so your list should feel more familiar everywhere
- "Setup guide" changes:
  - The "Setup guide" should open at better times and be less annoying after setup is done
  - The steps now show clearer actions, so it is easier to see what to do next
  - CRM should show "Preparing your workspace" while it loads your agency and creator access
- "Updates" changes:
  - Added "Check for Updates" in the tools menu
  - When an app update is downloading or ready, CRM now shows it in the top bar instead of surprising you with a popup
- "User Profile" changes:
  - The profile panel in Fansly messages is cleaner and easier to scan
  - You can reorder and collapse cards like "Spending Overview", "Subscription Overview", "Notes", "Pinned Messages", "Lists", and "Community Reports"
- Fansly message tools changes:
  - Added a "Frequently used emojis" row above the message box, so your favorite emojis are one click away
  - Message translation shortcuts should work more reliably, even when Fansly tries to catch the shortcut first
- Fansly page changes:
  - Added page zoom shortcuts, so you can make Fansly inside CRM bigger or smaller
  - Fansly pages inside CRM should load and switch tabs more reliably
- "Download FBuddy CRM" and "CRM setup guide" changes:
  - Added clearer downloads for macOS, Windows, and Linux
  - Added a simple closed beta setup guide for getting started
