Organizations Guide
Share Pro features and Fansly accounts with your team in a secure, controlled way.

- Invite your team: Add members to collaborate.
- Set Active Organization: Work in organization mode to share Pro features.
- Share Fansly accounts: Members add accounts; the owner approves them.
- Control access: The owner can activate/deactivate accounts anytime.
Requirements
- The organization owner needs an active Pro subscription.
- Active account limit is based on your Pro plan quantity (each seat = 2 slots).
Requirements
- Active Pro subscription on the owner account.
- FBuddy Auth access: Dashboard → Organizations.
Create an Organization
- Go to Organizations.
- Click Create Organization and name it.
- You become the owner. Invite members as needed.
Invite Members
- Open your organization at Organizations.
- Click Invite Member and enter their email.
- They’ll receive a link to accept the invitation.
Set Active Organization
On the organization page, click Set Active to work in organization context. Use Use Personal to switch back.
Manage Fansly Accounts
- Members using the extension under an active organization will add accounts here inactive by default.
- The owner can Activate or Deactivate accounts. Active accounts count toward the org limit.
- If the limit is reached, activation is blocked until you deactivate an account or upgrade.
Deleting/Leaving
- Owners cannot leave their org. Delete the org or transfer ownership (if/when supported).
- Members can be removed by the owner, or leave the org themselves.
How slots work
- Your active Fansly account limit comes from your Stripe quantity (number of seats).
- Each seat gives you 2 active account slots. For example: quantity 1 = 2 slots, quantity 3 = 6 slots.
- Only the owner’s subscription and quantity count for the organization.
Start a subscription
- Open your Dashboard.
- Choose Pro (Monthly or Yearly) to open checkout.
- In Stripe checkout, set Quantity to the number of seats you need.
- Complete payment. You’ll be sent back to the dashboard.
Manage or upgrade later
- From the dashboard, click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe portal.
- Adjust the Quantity to add or remove seats (slots update after payment).
- You can also update payment method, cancel, or switch between monthly/yearly.
If you don’t see changes right away, refresh the dashboard.
Join the Organization
- Open your email and click the invitation link.
- Sign in to FBuddy Auth and accept the invite.
- You’ll see the organization under Organizations.
Set Active Organization
Open the organization page and click Set Active. Use Use Personal to switch back.
Use the Extension
- While the organization is active, using a Fansly account in the extension will add that account to the organization inactive.
- Ask the owner to activate it. Until then, organization features for that account remain blocked.
- Once active, you can use FBuddy’s Pro features via the organization.
Permissions
- Members can view the organization and use activated accounts.
- Only the owner can invite/remove members and activate/deactivate accounts.
- Not seeing organization accounts? Make sure the organization is set as Active and refresh. New additions require owner activation.
- Limit reached? The owner must deactivate an account or upgrade the plan before activating more.
- Access denied while using org: The account may be inactive, or you may not be a member. Ask the owner to check.
- Personal vs Organization mode: Use Use Personal to switch out of organization context when you want to work with your personal Pro plan and accounts.
