Set up FBuddy CRM for your agency
Follow these steps after downloading the desktop app so your agency, members, creators, sessions, and roles are ready for the closed beta.
Before you begin
Use one account
Sign in with the FBuddy account that should own or manage the agency.
Expect beta issues
If something breaks, report what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened.
Setup checklist
Work through the list in order. It keeps account access clear before your team starts handling live conversations.

Download and open FBuddy CRM
- 1.1 Open the CRM downloads page.
- 1.2 Click the download button for your platform: Download for Mac, Download for Windows, or Download for Linux.
- 1.3 Install the app using the setup steps shown under your platform card.
- 1.4 Open FBuddy CRM from Applications, the Start menu, or your Linux app folder.

Sign in with your FBuddy account
- 2.1 Click Sign in inside the desktop app.
- 2.2 Use the FBuddy account email that joined the CRM waitlist.
- 2.3 If access is missing, open the CRM waitlist page and join again with that exact same email address.
- 2.4 Return to FBuddy CRM and sign in again after the waitlist email is saved.

Choose the agency you are setting up
- 3.1 In FBuddy CRM, open the agency selector in the sidebar.
- 3.2 Choose the agency that should use the CRM.
- 3.3 If there is no agency yet, open the FBuddy dashboard, click Agencies, then create or select the agency there.
- 3.4 Come back to FBuddy CRM and confirm the selected agency name is the one you want to configure.

Invite your agency members
- 4.1 Open the FBuddy dashboard.
- 4.2 Click Agencies, then click the agency you are setting up.
- 4.3 Open Members or Invitations.
- 4.4 Click Invite member.
- 4.5 In the Invite Member dialog, enter the person’s email in Email Address.
- 4.6 Choose the member’s Role, then click Send Invitation.
- 4.7 Ask the member to accept the email invite with their own FBuddy account before you assign creators to them.

Add each creator to CRM Creators
- 5.1 In the FBuddy dashboard, open Agencies, choose your agency, then open CRM Creators.
- 5.2 Click Add creator.
- 5.3 Leave Platform set to Fansly.
- 5.4 Open Fansly as the creator account in another tab.
- 5.5 Go to the Fansly Management page and create a new management session.
- 5.6 In Fansly, enable Send Messages for that management session.
- 5.7 Copy the Fansly management session claim link.
- 5.8 Paste it into Fansly management session URL in FBuddy.

Assign members and save the creator
- 6.1 In the same Add creator dialog, scroll to Assigned members.
- 6.2 Select your own account and every agency member who should work on that creator.
- 6.3 If trusted admins need broader Fansly access, paste a separate claim link into Admin management session URL (optional).
- 6.4 Click Save creator.
- 6.5 Repeat this for every creator your agency will use in CRM.

Review roles before live work
- 7.1 Open Agencies, choose your agency, then open Roles.
- 7.2 Click a role to review its permissions.
- 7.3 Make sure regular chatters only have the permissions they need for daily work.
- 7.4 Only give Admin Management Session to people who should use the higher-permission creator session.
- 7.5 Return to Members and confirm each member has the right role.
