FBuddy Organizations: Share Pro Benefits and Manage Teams Securely
FBuddy Organizations let you collaborate with members while keeping control over access to Fansly accounts and Pro benefits. This feature adds an organization context you can switch into, so members can work together while the owner approves which Fansly accounts are active for the organization.
Note: Organizations are in beta. Behavior and UI may evolve over time. For the canonical feature guide, see the Organizations documentation at https://fbuddy.net/docs/organizations/.
What You Can Do
- Invite members to your organization
- Switch between Personal and Organization context when you work
- Share Pro benefits with members while the owner stays in control
- Let members add Fansly accounts that the owner can activate or deactivate
How Pro Seats and Account Slots Work
Organizations use the owner’s Pro subscription to determine how many Fansly accounts can be active for the organization.
- Only the owner’s subscription counts for the organization
- Seats are controlled by Stripe quantity on the owner’s plan
- Each seat provides 2 active Fansly account slots
- Examples: quantity 1 → 2 slots, quantity 3 → 6 slots
If the slot limit is reached, activating more accounts is blocked until the owner deactivates an existing account or increases the seat quantity.
Owner Workflow
1) Create an Organization
- Open the FBuddy Auth dashboard: https://auth.fbuddy.net/dashboard/organizations
- Click Create Organization and name it
- You become the owner
2) Invite Members
- Open your organization on the Organizations page
- Click Invite Member and enter their email
- They receive an email link to accept the invitation
3) Set Active Organization
When you want to work in the organization context, open the organization and click Set Active. Use Use Personal to switch back to your personal context.
4) Manage Fansly Accounts and Access
- When members use the extension while the organization is active, any Fansly account they use is added to the organization as inactive by default
- The owner can Activate or Deactivate accounts; only active accounts count against the slot limit
- If the limit is reached, you must deactivate another account or add seats before activating more
5) Manage Subscription and Seats
- Start Pro from the dashboard, then set Quantity during Stripe checkout to the number of seats you need
- Later, use Manage Subscription on the dashboard to change Quantity (slots update after payment)
6) Remove Members or Delete the Org
- Owners can remove members at any time
- Owners cannot leave their own org; delete the org or transfer ownership if/when supported
Member Workflow
1) Accept the Invitation
- Click the invitation link sent to your email
- Sign in to FBuddy Auth and accept the invite
- You will see the organization listed at https://auth.fbuddy.net/dashboard/organizations
2) Set Active Organization
Open the organization and click Set Active to work in org mode. Use Use Personal to switch back to your own context.
3) Use the Extension with Organization Accounts
- While the organization is active, using a Fansly account in the extension adds it to the org as inactive
- Ask the owner to activate it; until then, org features for that account stay blocked in the organization
- Once activated by the owner, you can use FBuddy Pro features provided by the organization
Best Practices
- Keep the organization active only when collaborating; switch back to Personal when you’re done
- Plan your seat quantity based on how many accounts need to be active at the same time
- Review inactive accounts periodically and deactivate those you no longer need, to free slots
- If members report access issues, first confirm the org is active and that the account is activated
Troubleshooting
- Not seeing organization accounts: Ensure the organization is set to Active and refresh
- Limit reached: Deactivate an account or upgrade the owner’s seat quantity before activating more
- Access denied while using org: The account may still be inactive or you may not be a member
- Switching modes: Use Use Personal to leave the org context and work with your personal plan
